Thailand’s climate is tropical with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year.

We do have changing seasons though and the climate is not the same all over the country. Here on Koh Tao we have pretty stabile weather, throughout the year temperature changes only about 10º C. The only major seasonal changes are the hot and the cool season.

The cool season is between December to February where both humidity and temperature fall. Average temperature during this season is 25º C.

From March to mid June we have the hot season or the dry season. Temperatures during these months reach an average of 35º C and even the locals complain about the heat. This however are some of the peak months regarding diving, the conditions are superb!

The rest of the year is pretty stabile. Temperature stays around 30º C and the diving conditions are still good.

Because of its tropical climate Koh Tao gets some rain falls during November and December.
